We’re Number 1! Leading an Efficient and Productive Organization:

A Strategic Approach to Creating an Inclusive and Empowering Work Environment to Attract and Engage Top Performers

An organization’s leadership can use The Strategic Workplace Diversity Management Plan to maximize its diversity value proposition by creating an inclusive and sustainable culture and work environment that attracts, engages and retains top talent and high performers.   During this program, we will explore how Diversity & Inclusion impacts an organization’s strategic plan with regard to Human Capital attracting top talent, engagement, development, retention and succession planning.

Program Objectives Include:
Understand the on-going changes occurring in the workplace that drive the business case for the diversity value proposition and how organizations can embrace inclusion to gain a competitive edge.

Learn why inclusive management is critical for leaders at all levels in an organization to achieve and maintain high levels of performance and profitability, and why and how HR must be able to communicate, support and model the competencies that support employee engagement and retain top talent.

Learn the value of building and strengthening relationships with minority stakeholders and other organizations, by generating diverse and competitive network and sourcing opportunities.
