Ted Kirchharr, COO and Vice President of Landrum Professional Employer Services and Past President of the Florida Sterling Council will present on the important topic of DRIVING CHANGE. Every organization in today's business climate must have a strategy to introduce and manage change. Ted will discuss what to expect during a change initiative, he will review research addressing change and will present a step by step model for leading change in your organization.
